Bone & Muscle problems

Dear Sir/Mam, Yesterday I was playing with my kids on Beach and suddenly I feel pain under knee. Outside knee while pressing no pain but while bending up or down I am feeling sever pain. I think it's not bone issue, it may be muscular or tissue pain. Please suggest me. Thanks

Sir, I got injured in March 2017 and doctor prescribed only medicine for my injured left knee but in July 2017 it is came to know that I have "complex tear of posterior horn in medial meniscus" in left knee and I have to undergo through a small operation. But the problem is after injury my thigh is getting thinner. Please help me on this sir.

Before a week, I had potato and then did an heavy home work. After two hours I got some pain/disturb near heart and then in the night the pain travelled to my back where the left hand joints in the back. Next day it was very paining to sleep and also turn, looks weird. Then visited a nearby pharmacy, he gave tablets for gas formation n muscle cramp

Its too painful to even walk...should i go for depo-medrol injection...is it safe ? i have taken all the medication for almost more then 2 years..please suggest me on this injection decision

Sir after my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY. The medication provided is bonebase and multiscan. Each tablet once in a day. Mistakenly I had taken two bonebase tablets at a time. What should I do now??
