Bone & Muscle problems

Hello, I am having calcium deficiency in my body which results in body pain. Recently i visited a dentist for my tooth and he too informed the same that my teeth is weak due to less calcium content in my body.. I would have back/spinal pains, feet bones pain and also at times by lower legs too pain.. What should I proceed with not sure. Which doctor and what tests should I take in order to solve this issue. Please help in this regards. Thanks in Advance.

If I take strain.. I get back pain.. I can't walk for long distances.. I can't sit for longer duration. Can anybody help me on this

I have pain in my lower back from last 5 days. Its actually more while sleeping and severe in the morning when I wake up.

My left hand's thumb index finger and middle finger are numb and have burning pain. Also my pinky finger is paining at every joint in it. I'm unable to make a fist as my fingers don't close.

Its 40 days my bimalleolar ankle. Few days i got half plaster due to cuts and then full plaster kept for 15-16days one side got joined but one side dint join still swelling and pain.? Please suggest will it join without plaster? Can start excersize from now? Note- did not perform any surgery. Dont know how to attach xray here.
