Knee pain when resting, walking running
I have knee pain at rest that increases when walking running. Have had for 2 weeks after horse riding injury but didn't go to doctor. Like a grinding pain in knee and I also have bruising and swelling around knee. Was wondering if knee support would be adequate

Don't worry, take a Rhumasyl oil for gental massage on pain areas for now. Keep resting for 10 days. Do hot water formantation at knees and medial side of thighs. It may be due to inside pressure for holding and balancing on horse. Thank you
