Severe pain of lower part of vertebral column.To be precise at the sacral region...very sharp pain while standing or performing any movement..

It may be due to sciatica? Do some spinal extension exercises. Hot water formantation at back. Apply Rhumasyl oil for gental massage on pain areas for now. For more msg us any time. Thank you
