Hip popping
I in highschool volleyball and we were working out and doing Russian twists with medicine balls when I heard popping noises. Every time I would bring my leg near my chest and then straiten it I could hear, and feel, my hip popping. It almost sounded like my hip was hitting against a bone.

This hip popping is sometimes common. Check for calcium and vitamin D deficiency. If it persist, Pls supplement yourself with vit D and calcium.
