Bone & Muscle problems

I'm 18 years old and I've had a shoulder dislocation about 10 months back and I've had quite a lot of instability. Lately, my shoulder has been snapping when I move it and it is giving me quite a lot of pain. I have started getting spasms in my neck. What should I do?

1) grade I ACL, grade II posterior horn of meniscus, changes of osteoarthritis and joint effusion as per 1 MRI on 25th Sep 2016 2) second MRI was done on 19th Feb 2017 which suggested horizontal tear in the posterior horn of medial meniscus 3) Diagnostic Arthroscopy done on 2nd March 2017 still not comfortable 4) As it was not the case of Knee replacement as told by doctors we tried the Generic nerve block therapy which gave me relief from pain and swelling as well. I took two rounds of injections one in the month of November 2016 and second on 28 March 2017.

I had a fall 7 days ago, and fractured my big toe . A doctor gave me a plaster cast and I want to know a better alternative. It's an avulsion fracture

I have been suffering light pain from 1 month after I fallen from Scotty. At that time I don't feel any bone fracture because there is no much difference in walking now I feel light pain but I feel there is a muscle or joint light problem.

Very pain in knee and leg. It is paining and very difficult to move from one place to other. Swelling in knee and leg.

I have been having a backbone pain around 7 days and the pain is just in the lower back and it stays in same place

My niece is 15 yrs old, (precocious- started when 10 years old). Her bone plates have fused. ( Confirmed by a doctor after seeing her knee and elbow x ray)..Can her height increase? All her tests- thyroid, hormones,vit-d are all normal.

I had a acute lower back pain for few days on the right side like stinging sort of pain after running so idid not do any strainous activity for 15days after that i started stretching and running but after that again i had the same acute back pain for few days the now i havent ran or lifted anything heavy for about 35d whn can i start gym andcardio

I have been pain in waist from 3 to 4days I can't sit down or stand straight .if I want to walk I have to bend and walk
