L3 L4 & L4 L5 disk bulge, prolapse, stenosis L5 nerve root compressed..cant walk properly..intolerable pain all time.

I am getting pain in certain joints and on an orthopedist recommendation I hv been checked my self for Arthritis. My CRP and ANA tests found +ve but RF and Anti CCP tests are -ve. Am I suffering from Arthritis?? My TSH is diagnosed at 9.85 units and  presently I am taking 25 mcg dose of eltroxin. Am I taking the right dose?? I am not taking any other medicines right now and facing pains in hands and legs mainly in the evening. Which goes on its own by morning. Please advise me correctly so that I can take preventive action immediately. Thanks

Pain in my foot ankle from the early morning. It is difficult to walk till the blood circulation normal in my feet.

I had an accident in June. and I had fell down on knee. that time I got swelling and it got hill easily without any treatment. But now slowly slowly pain is erupting. Hello doctor.my mother had a  fracture in her metatarsal bone of right leg.but still there is swelling around the ankle area and that pains.she has consulted to doctor many times and have diagnosed very low calcium in her body and shrinking of vein.please prescribe any medicine and also diet which she should follow.
