I got swelling on my right knee from last row days..I have no injuries on it. I am not able to walk properly. I have no fever

I am 61 yr old women. continuous pain feeling in right side leg...after consult orthopedic doctor he told that the pain is due to calcium....pls suggest what to do ??

When can I start running again after my ACL and meniscus reconstruction and how long will I have to continue my physiotherapy
