Experiencing knee pain when extend,flex
Serious pain when I try to extend or flex my left knee. the pain starts just when I extend my knee. It starts today morning on my left knee. would you please help me to treat/relief this pain?

Hi As per your symptoms might be you have ligament sprain. Apply ice for 2 days if pain will be still there than consult your orthopaedic doctor
