Lumbar spine mri
There is two terms in the mri report 1. small anterior osteophytes 2. Early lumbar spondylosis What are these problems and how can i recover from these problems. Are these serious problems. Which medications I'm taking are these sufficient for these problems

There is No significant issue with your report. All it shows is presence of wear and tear on the spine. These are normal, worse in some people than others. You need to make sure you look after your back by avoiding lifting anything heavy, maintain a good sitting and standing posture, do regular exercise and build your core muscle strength.
