Shin bone pain
Helo ..m suffring fron shin bone pain since 3 months i had consulted many doctor in these 3 months m on complete rest and yesterday i had started my workout and m feeling pain again in my tibial bone .please help me why m getting pain again and again .

Check your calf muscles flexibility. Tight calf can lead to compensatory shin splints. Do deep stretching of the calf and front leg muscles.
