Bone & Muscle problems

Unable to bend forward. I feel very heavy of my left hand. For the past one month it was aching. Past two dats severe pain. Nit able to luft anything or catch.

I am Indian male 45 years old, 5'8' in height but overweight and I weigh 93kg which is around 23 kg excess weight than desired. I am otherwise very fit and active with no pain anywhere in the body. To lose weight I go to gym for cardio and weight training. Do you advise Stairs climbing as an effective exercise without causing future knee pains ?

My bone is not expanding since 5 to 6 years by this i look very thin please give me some best suggestions to grow and expand my bones. And also when i played cricket in gaping my all joints are in very haard pain and i can't lift any heavy things. Give me best ideas to overcome from these two pains.

I hurt my foot at work about a week ago now, it is still very swollen and hurts to walk on, there is little bruising and in my opinion i think it is getting worse

The impression of the Report is (1) SLAP II lesion, (2) AC joint orthography (3) supraspinatus tendinosis (4) early adhesive capsulitis. My daughter 11yr. old . she is suffring from heel and ankle pain.in left foot. she fell down in school 13april in school.her heel had been factured. afterthat dr.plastered her foot for 4weeks.butshe complains pain inher foot dr. suggest physiotherepy but problem is constant.now she is unable to move. all diagnosis reports are normal like x ray,mri and blood report.please advised me how is she cure.

I am 55 years old having trigger fingers with severe shoulder pain, not able to work on anything. Pain in both palms and full hands. Fingers are not working, it folds automatically and I have to open it with another hand. Very horrible for me. Doc placed on Etova and Saaz, but it's not helpful. Rheumatism test is negative. Wat shud I do? One more question, my daughter says vitamin B6 pyridoxine can help with this? Can I buy that, if so whch brand shud I buy from US. Does this support me?.

Hello Doctor, Recently i had met an accident and i am cured with slight injuries of my left leg... the photographs are mentioned in the attachment. After that accident my left leg ancle joint starts paining and some swelling also gets formed if i walk or stand much... What could be the problem...
