Bone & Muscle problems

I am having neck sprain on the left side from last 4 days. I have been going for physio therapy sessions from last 2 days which includes Ultrasound and TFT. It gets a bit better during day but when I get up after a full night sleep it starts paining again. How much time do you suggest it will take me to recover from this and do I need to consult doctor or physio therapy will be fine?  Also will it be okay for me to run 10k marathon this Sunday with this?

Recently purchased a firm Spring Coir Mattress. Within 20 minutes of lying on it lower back(just above hips) starts hurting. Could it be temporary ? Earlier when i had a semi firm matress shoulders / neck area was paining. What to do ?

Back side of my left ribcage is paining for last 2 days. Difficulty sleeping and hand movements.

I am female age 30 years. From last two months having pain in whole body .... especially bones of hands, leg and shoulders and finger joints. I am having water RO at home . The TDS value is 10-20 ppm. Somebody told me that bone pain is due to this level of de-mineralized water.

Acute pain in front portion of left shoulder. Pain increasing even while breathing in and moving from one side to other side while lying down. Recently went to physiotherapist for pa joint problem. He pressed heavily on the shoulder. There was no problem for 3 days. But now suffering a lot.

I fell down yesterday, after that i have bulge at my wrist just below palm in my left hand. And it looks uneven compared to my other hand. Its also paining

About a month ago I stubbed my 4th toe and metatarsal area. After I could barely walk on it. It was swollen and super bruised. Today it is still very swollen and there is a lot of pressure in the toe. What could be wrong?

Suddenly both legs having pains. Not able to walk. And it happend this night only. Not joint pains. There is no other pains and fever

Hip X Ray suggests loss of normal curvature L S Spine, lumbra strain. Its painfull sitting and moving and lying too
