Bone & Muscle problems

Good evening. One evening, I did a little harder, and I think I turned my hand a little. At first it did not hurt, but now it hurts very badly if I try to turn my hand to one side. The bony bone that's usually seen now seems to be a bit higher than normal, but my hand did not bloom or bruise. I'd like to ask if there's any advice and tell me if it's serious. Thank you

I fell from my bike a month ago and landed on my left hand and my wrist started to hurt a lot. Although i don't have any bones broken but i still cant lift weights. There is still a little bit of pain. What could be the problem? Thanks

I had twisted my left wrist accidentally quite a few months back. The pain in the wrist wasn't much disturbing, but it persisted. Whenever I give much pressure, it pains. The X-ray report says that there is no bone lesion seen. What could be the issue and its treatment ?
