Have lower back pain and under right rib.done blood test Esr is 31 and uric acid 7.8.TC DC is normal

Male 23 here. Last year in October I may have injured myself in gym. I got lower back pain but that did not radiate to my legs and it wasn't vey intense. However, it made difficult for me to sit and drive without cushion supporting my lower back. Initial diagnosis was lumbar strain. However 4 months later it decreased in intensity and 6 months later it went away. However, I still sometimes get back pain but it isnt as bad as earlier one. MRI:- https://i.imgur.com/5VXT4Gd.jpg

The pain which goes downward in all the leg There is some URIC ACID PROBLEM. i take the medicine , now uric acid is under control but not pain

Lower back pain from past 2 days, have taken pain killer on Saturday night before sleep, so there is 60% relief, after that no pain killers, suffering from locking of back in one position, unable to bend or move low, also feeling weakness a bit.

Done wit lumpectomy and chemos in 2015-16 Had hysterictomy done in jan 2017 Now having pain in both wrists , small blob thing has appeared cant do heavy work or lift heavy stuff, this has been since a week, pains wen i turn the wrists round.

I've been having ankle pain on the outer side of my left ankle for about 8 weeks now. I initially went to the emergency room when I first injured it because I thought I broke my ankle but they said it was just a sprain and sent me home with crutches and and ice pack. The way I this injury occurred was from a fall down 3 steps in my house. I tripped and fell onto the foot, rolled my ankle into inversion and then fell on it in plantar flexion. if that helps any.

Hello doctor Since last week i have a pain in lower back so i do some exercise and since last two days it pain so much that I can't sit properly and from lower back to full leg is paining. Thank you
