I sprained my ankle in march. The doctor told me sprain and asked me to rest. Later he told there was some ligament damage so the sprain was not heeling. After 2 months i was told that i developed tendinities. But after 6 months too i am not healed completely

Hi, I am having Vitamin D3 count as 8.8 and my has  vitamin D3 as 13. We took DRise 6000UIweekly once for 8 weeks. There is a small crackling sound when we bend our knees , hands and joints. Is it related to Vitamin D deficiency ? Also do we need to take any regular daily Vitamin d supplement ? We are taking milk and 15mins of Sunlight exposure.

My height is 170 cm but i have to increase it upto 172cm, my age is 20 yr, is it posible to increase 2 cm height at age 20 year by stretching exercise, cycling,etc ? I am preparing for delhi police si exam, where height eligibility createria is 170cm. Please suggest

Fracture in wrist Hello Doctor,I had a radius fracture in wrist on 14aug and My Doctor put a cast on it and left it for 4weeks.when it was opened the bone was not aligned properly.it is 6 days after cast is opened.my query is whether it will affect my arm movements , which I think is happening with me because I have stiffness in wrist.And secondly does it require operative treatment after such a long time when the bone is healed.Please advise me because I am of the doubt it will affect my future life.I have latest x ray attached, after the bone is healed

My wife suffering from Sickel Cell problem, from last 2days she having pain in her legs but now pain is increasing.

My mom is suffering from spine tuberculosis from last 4 month.Her treatment is going on. But sometimes she gets pain in leg,head without any reasons that too severe pain. Please help me with solution. My second question is ,is she can have coconut Water during this time i mean during treatment process?? It wont cause her problem or not??? Please do help with solutions. Thank you

My vitamin d level is 11.5 Which is very low and generally I felt as pain I. Night more comparatively to day time or may during day time due to my busy schedule I never notice that... I am working and doing gym also... Plz suggest also vegetarian food Whig is full of vitamin

There is a neck pain to my wife from a several days  To which doctor I should take her for treatment

My mom is 44 yrs old she got knee break on 15 june 2017 she was treated by doctor and got operation for the same. Doctors used some hooks and wire to attach the pieces of bone but she is reportedly saying that she cannot move and fold her leg sometimes due to sudden pain I want to attach x-ray but cannot do so. Please suggest what I should do next its very urgent and yes can she get operated if needed now in recent again if the solution for the problem can be done with operation again.

My back x ray shows the loss of L5/S1 disc space.i want to know that is this curable without surgery or operation?
