I've been right knee ligament injury problem and i lost my rage of motion , how to fix it, plzz help me

Experiensing pain in right leg below knee and gradually goes with continueus walking.

Pain while rotating the wrist, pain till elbow. I am a mother of 9 months old baby. Most of the time I had to carry baby in my arms

Had labrum repair surgery 2 years ago, now I'm 20 and my shoulder has become debilitating: keeping me awake at night, causing weakness in my arm, etc. I've tried every dosage of every NSAID, tramadol, lidocaine patches, and norco 7.5, none of which have alleviated my situation whatsoever. I want to discuss a pain management plan with my doctor for something that will actually work but without her viewing it as "drug-seeking behavior". It's made school, work, and life much, much harder for me.

I have shoulder pain while I am sneezing only on the right side and it's there from past few days

I feel low on energy some times , Need to know what should be my diet at this age, there is pain in my left knee

Bone density test is done. Could see negative values in the report. Please advise what treatment to undergo. Very much worried as pain getting more now a days

Few weeks earlier i had chest and rib pain . Got xray and all normal . Then chest pain got resolved and i had back pain . Some time centre of back and some time lower back. Also am having pain in some other bones . Pain is mild and i am able to do every thing . It goes away as wellon its own . I did vitamin d test today and its 13 . Is this low and reason for my pain ? If yes please suggest next steps .

While playing football my knee collided with another player's knee. I have pain while bending my knee and seems like there is a swelling in my right knee. Please advise
