Back pain between shoulder blades.
I 've been having back pain for 2 years. Used zerodol, voveran sd, trp gel and hot water bag. Didnt work at all. Hurts when i turn my head or body on one side. Also a sharp pain in the lower neck. Its been few days since dark patches are seen.

Bones and movement problems
I have computer related work and because of that l have got severe pain in whole body. I tried yoga got some level of relief but it is the same now. I have pain around ribs waist lower back and legs and shoulders arms and pain while getting out of bed and cannot lead a pain free life.
What should i do please help.

Stiff neck
My sister got stiff neck and painful. She cant move more than 60-70 degree left or right. Back of her neck is bit swollened. This symptoms quite few years. She is 15 year old. We did tried physiotherpy treatment, but no had any cure. She didnt have any incident that may cause any fractures.
