I having a hell lot of pain in my right arm elbow can't lift heavy things paining like hell like lifting or bending my hand pain in elbow

My mother's joint pains sometimes plz suggest oil for best result for joint pain and for effective result

My mother faced and accident and the operation was done approximately a year ago of bone breakage from waist side and the screws were placed inside her. it's a year ago but still there is swelling on legs and she isn't able to walk
