ACL completely torn
While playing My knee got twisted. The MRI reports says "ACL completely Torn" and lateral ligaments also have effect. One of the consultant told me surgery is mandatory. I would like to know the exact status f my knee and is surgery is mandatory or not

If ACL torn completely means grade 3 tear then definately you have to undergo operative measures otherwise it may lead to overload other structures around knee
. It's preoperative habilitation and post operative habilitation are very important aspects.
