Hello doctor I used to have middle left side back pain and and it's feel like something paining inside bones and not muscles.. It get better when I take rest but if there is sudden stress by standing or I stand for an hr it starts again and again. I just want to know what can b the effect and consequences or what type of problem is this. Neither back roll or relispray does the work for this pain. I have a knee pain before 2-3 moths. There is crack sound happen in my knee when I was moving or putting the body weight on my infected leg. Sometimes the pain is occure in the back of the knee and sometimes in front of the knee. Even I am not able to put my whole weight on my infected leg. After walking around at a fair ( out of my normal walking) I started having foot pain but not until after I had a toe removal done and started walking more to one side of my foot did it get worse. still in pain get better when resting but can be really bad when up and walking at work
