Bone & Muscle problems

Sir/madam I have gone through a minute accident with right hand small finger fracture and had got through surgery in kurnool and got some medicines gave by him. I have took half amount of medicines from what doctor have give due to some financial issue. So will you please kind me some suggestions about ANTIBIOTICS and PAIN KILLERS about that .

Doctor have diagnosed with Ankylosing spondilitis.She is having pain in knee joint,hip joints and the ankle.

Hypertension with Joint muscle pain.. swallowing of foot.. insomniac...Leukoderm.. bending hip.. Undergoing treatment for 10 years... Overweight..

I have pain in chest like pin princh and in joints of left hand. The chest pain is since January 2017,since then we have changed so many doctors;however we didn't get any solution. The tests we did are 2D echo, TMT, ECG & gastroscopy but all are normal. The last doctor we met said that it's a muscle pain issue due to the nature of my job. So kindly advice what should we do.

I am getting continuously pain in between the two rib bones on the left side from the past 1 month. I am unable to sleep on the left side due to this heavy pain of left side ribs. guide me in this regard.

About three weeks ago, out of no where, the back of my right hand, between my wrist and my kunckles started swelling up. It lasted about 3/4 days and then moved to my left knee and top of both feet, then moves back to my hands and now back to my kneee and feet. Hurts to walk, move hands.

I have sprained my foit i just need a consultant to check if its only a sprain or a fracture, i can walk but its paining apart for keeping the foot at certain angles.. I am looking for a reasonable consultancy and some one with a x ray facility if needed

I workout regularly and especially cardio is something I stress upon. Two weeks back while running on a treadmill, I felt a sharp pain on my upper thigh which is still there. It subsides when I workout or run or just keep walking, But I have difficulty in standing up etc. I'm Really scared and I don't know whom to visit.

7 weeks ago I fractured my 5th metatarsal here in Thailand where I am teaching English. A few days ago at the 6 week mark the doctor removed my cast and said it's 70% healed and that I can walk Now. I am limping and it hurts a little bit and it never hurt in the cast, is this normal?
