Bone & Muscle problems

Since 3 years having this problem , tried all possible no use till date , kindly help

My vitamin D is low and my legs pain a lot. Specially area below knee.i was taking medicines which didnot gave me any relief.my vitamin d is 9.4

I was diagnosed with primary osteoarthritis of the knees in the year 2012. As it is degenerative in nature should I go for x-ray or MRI to check with the damages ? Now I have pain in my hips as well.

Post to my C-section am having horrible back pain... Am working in IT concern... I have to sit continuously for more that 10 hrs and travel is for 4 hrs in total. After reaching home unable to do other works due to this backpain.

I have pain in right leg from hip to toe. Is it a sciatica pain.what is the cure.pain is very severe cant sit for long bt can walk any distance with pain also

When ever i stands more than 2 hrs or walk for 3-4 km after that i feel pain in bending right knee and right side of joint portion pains, when i twist the right leg its pain but with same activity nothing in left knee. What is the issue i am not able to under stand even though i do stretching for leg daily.

In MRI scan I have mild scoliosis to left side,Disc protrusion at L5-S1,Diffuse disc bulge at L4-5. Which doctor I want meet give me valuable suggestion.ortho or neurosurgeon or neurologist.

I was fall down on groung from 5to 6feet on my waist......and now its painig...soo much near my hip....upper the waist........when i try to run..move..do some movement its painig so much............what is it...and how to cure?...pls help me

I sprained my ankle almost 2 weeks ago and the ankle is still swollen. I can walk fine except in some occasions large amount of pain will come. I have sprained my ankle before (MANY) times and it has never been like this. I don't know what to do

I have a knee pain before 2-3 months .There is a crack sound happen in my knee when I was moving or putting my body weight on my infected leg. Sometimes the pain occure in the back of the knee and sometimes in front of the knee . Even I am not able to put my  whole weight on my infected leg . Please help me to find out what happen in my knee and suggest me a good orthopaedic for my problem. Thank you
