Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctor, Recently I happen to fell down on a slippery surface. I was carrying an umbrella in my left hand and when I fell down I tried to balance my body with my right hand. While falling diwn, Unfortunately my right hand also skid for few inches which kind of left my right shoulder in an awkward position. I could not bring it back on my own and people around me helped. I used some pain killers and most of the pain was gone. But even after 4 weeks, I still have pain when I raise up my right shoulder or twist it around my head. Pain is located at the shoulder to hand joint + upper part only. Kindly advise any solution to this problem. Many thanks!

I m 44 and having pain on my knees and ankle joints. I am 5'3" and weight is 82kgs. This problem of pain is from last 2yrs ....also I am a sugar patients....though it is under control

I am having trouble with pain at sole of foot especially during morning wake up and when i wear shoes znd walk. The pain is like having too much sensation and like burning from inside.

Pain occurring in the side of feet and slight swelling,pain occurs when I wake up in the morning,and goes of on walking.

Diffuse disc bulge with protrusion c3-4,c4-5 & c5-6 IVDs causing bilateral nerve root compression. Spinal canal stenosis at c3-4 to c6-7 & narrowing at c2-3 &c7-D1
