Bone & Muscle problems

I have a constant pain in my middle back which is continuing from many years. i have done MRI also but doctor said all is fine but still the pain/stiffness persists. apart from that i very frequently get a kind of nerve pain in my upper back and hip also. i saw on net that its sciatic nerve pain. i feel my nerves on back are weak and i get regular pains.

I'm 25, female. I can't exercise or lay down without getting "stuck". The pain is so bad in my spine and ribs that I can't move. Its not muscle pain, I've already checked into that. Its so much pain that I'm in tears. My husband has to move me or I won't move. Its getting worse and I fear it's my bones in general. I'm not over weight and I'm not on any current medications. I've always tried to have a healthy lifestyle. On a scale of 1-10 the pain is a solid 10.

I have pain in back and my legs for about  5 years. Some time it become so painful  that I have to take pain killers. I think it is arthritis

Have patellofemoral disorder. Have been doing strengthening exercises for soemtime which has helped to some extent. But if I walk too much or stand too much.forget jogging or running,I get muscles tightening and pain around knees.,ITB and shin muscles.. I feel my problem is not diagnosed properly.. like what's the exact issue or root cause.. hip rotation/weak.muscles/ankles/cartilage/ etc. Seen many physios ..everybody tells to stretch n strengthen leg muscles., But not satisfied. Please guide.

I woke up wit pain at my right side of my ribs and I checked to know what the problem was only to notice a hole there and it swollen and no bone

Yesterday I was doing a handstand and i fell on my shoulder. and now i feel it like popping and i feel something like popping out by my clavicle bone like more then it should. what should i do?

1. Complex tear in antetior horn of lateral meniscus. 2. Horizontal tear in posterior horn of medial meniscus. 3. Partial ACL tear. 4. Grade 1 injury of patellar tendon at its tibial insertion with medial subluxation of patella. 5. Medial patellar plica tear. 6. Mild synovial effusion. Above mentioned are the result of my MRI report and i want to know about the complexity. Can i go for any therapy instead of surgery? Any suggestion ?
