Bone & Muscle problems

From past 1week I have pain in my left thigh. It hurts when I cross my legs.. When I bend it hurts.. There S no pain when am lying , walking and standing.. But when I sit there S pain for few seconds nd it goes off

Recently, I did the bone density test and found that results are not good. At some places the number is 2.4. Should I go for some injections like forteo or this is curable with medicine?

Suffering from severe lower backache.. It makes me difficult to eat drink sit and sleep ..its so damn severe.. I had my all tests ..and they all are clear..

Hello doctor what am I supposed to do to get hard bones? I heard that only drinking milk is good for bones but I think that milk is not the only source that will make my bones strong is there any way through diet or two medicines I would be able to make my bones hard.please help,thankyou.

I am a woman age 45 having pain in the left shoulder since 6 months unable to even raise hand. I am diabetic too

I slipped and fell with a bended knee on the floor. There are no bruises or cuts. It has been 4 hours since I fell but there is no swelling or redness. I can stretch my knee as well and bend it, no pain. However, when I try to walk, I feel heavyness and stiffness on the outside of the knee with a prickling sensation. Also, I am limping currently. Wanted to know if this is a hairline fracture or a case of strain which will go with time. Thank you.
