Bone & Muscle problems

Doctor described 600000 IU vitamin D injection weekly + daily dose of vitamin D 5000. How can we make sure that bo side effect or overdose with such mega dose ?

I am Amit Das.I have a diseases from last 11 years it's can't relief me....My right elbow cracked last year Sept...doctor prescribed saaz DS,oncotrex 10,ark 75sr tablets and crepe bandage on my right elbow.. After 2month x- ray report no crack found and my right hand it's OK have no problem.. But from January 2017 pain again on my right elbow,it bend,don't fold it and can't minimum work by this hand.. Present test report- RF-RHEUMATOID FACTOR/RA FACTOR, BLOOD- 15.9 IU/ml ESR,EDTA WHOLE BLOOD- 87 mm/hr CBC WITH PLATELET(THROMBOCYTE)COUNT HEMOGLOBIN- 12.2gm/DL RBC-5.54 *10^6/ul PLATELET-471 *10^3/ul LYMPHOCYTES-16% HEMATOCRIT/PCV-36% MCV-65fl RDW-20.2% Problem was started from year 2005 my both knees swelled without any injury but these time Diarrhea couldn't stop..i was admitted at Calcutta Medical Collage..then doctor said it reactive arthritis.. Hla b27 positive..it's shifted many places in my body(both hip joint,right & left side neck,spinal Cord) presently my right elbow

Yesterday my left elbow dislocated in an accident. Relocated within 5 minutes. Xray reported everything is okay no fracture or injuries. Dr. Of lnjp hospital advised me to wear arm sling pouch for 15 days. And medicine fir three days pain killer and fir ges. Now after one day my elbow area is swelling but no pain. I wanted to know that is this okay and i have to wait with this medicines.

My daughter is a school student, she is carrying more books for the past 3 years.So,she's severely suffering from lower back pain.So,can you give a suggestion or remedy regarding this?

Every now and again I will randomly get a biting/stabbing pain in my knee. It used to happen during the night and I would wake up with pain and couldn't sleep until I took pain relief. But now It happens during the day. I dislocated my left knee a few years ago and it used to happen in that knee only so we thought it had to do with that, we also thought it could be because I keep it in a twisted position while I sleep (no evidence) It has no pattern and I don't usually remember how it starts.

Constant Pain in the calcaneous bone in the heel during walking or standing.

It happened When I lifted my hand fully backside to beat a person with full force of my hand,my hand stuck there with severe pain.now its been 4 days,still there is pain when I move my hand in some angles.its like a thread inside tightening my hand .I feel it is because of nerve strain.pls suggest what to do.

Pain at joint of right knee since last month.it occurs more while sitting with folding knee or after driving

My lower backbone area hurts and I have pain in knee joints too. It is not consistent though
