Bone & Muscle problems

After sitting for an hour if I tried to free my hand or legs joint then sounds are coming instantly. I m also having pain in body. I m suffering from cervical spondlysis in my neck due to which i can not able to sit without any support or for a long tym. My neck area became stiff and swelling is there for 2 years. I went to a no of doctors but there is no solution rather than exercise. I m studying an IT engineering i need to sit before laptop for a long time that I can not able to do. Please , suggest me solution or help me insan a way i can improve myself.

Hello, My concern is regarding sprain in ankle. It has been 5 days I am suffering from ankle sprain.Initially I had applied ice which reduced my swelling in ankle.Also,pain got reduced .But, now while walking or getting down from stairs I m feeling a little pain and could not walk properly.I had also done x-ray,however the report was normal.I consulted a doctor as it is getting difficult to come to office.I am now suggested to do a light weight plaster for 15 days and take some medicines.My question is - do in need to get such plaster or can it be cured by just wrapping up crepe bandage and taking medicines.?Also, how long it will take to get cured completely.? Thanks in advance.

My Father age is 52 Year,He is on dialysis since last year sep 16. on the 2nd august he was injured in a accident . his chest bone is fractured , we went to doctor they told that it will joined automatically no treatment required. he was suffering pain in since last month. we again hospitalize him on 4 sep in the hospital in allahabad, for the fracture they also told it will take time to joined the bone and it will joined automatically. I have the pain in my joints on whole body and i was having some infection which my dosctor give me the antibiotic to overcome. my WBC was approx 20. which comes down after taking antibiotic till to 12 points. i have still pain in my whole joints and also i have swelling in my right feet since 2 days my dcotor advise for the RFT which come normal.but i have still pain in the body and some time temprature.

I have a horizontal tear in my medial meniscus ,i had fallen 3 months back ,doc said to have surgery,i m able to do all my routine work ,but sometimes its really painfull,does having surgery wll correct the problem?please suggest,doc dint give any assurance
