Some doubt after ACL operation
I had an ACL injury in my leg I have done surgery before 4 weeks for it..But during the physio therapy I feel a severe pain in that and I am feeling the same pain as it was before the operation so I am in doubt that something went wrong after the operation from my side. Sir Please suggest me what should I do in this situation to make sure for it.

Don't worry about pain part... It is persistent for 3-4months because of your weak quad..
Continue with exercises.... Dont strain your knee..apply ice pack after each exercise.
