Bone & Muscle problems

I wake up everyday morning with lower back pain and sevear pain in the back and spine shoulder and neck pain. I am 25 years old. I dont travel a lot in the city also

I have almost 1 year, tigger pain for medium Maximus minimus part, I think its happen I played cricket on uneven ground and I am using big wallet in always kept it my pocket and I am seating 8 to 10 hrs. Already I treatment 4 doctors. I have taken medicine also but not getting fully relief that time I googling and got this information. Now I am using some belt for this it will get relief for some time.

I have been having legs bone pain from 5 days , no joints are paining only bone is paining what I should do please suggest me....

I had bakers cyst last year on my calf muscles . After MRI it is was due to an old injury like Meniscus tear . Done Ayurvedic treatment . Cyst was ruptured inside . Had consulted orthopaedic surgeon. Still I am having problem While sitting & climbing steps & also some times while walking . Had done some physio therapy also . Kindly advise what is the best way of treatment.

Hi i sprained my ankle pretty bad like 2-3 years ago. i took time off from my sport and all that, i was in a brace for a few weeks, and then i went back to my like as usual. as time went on though i realized the swelling never completly went away. and recently i have been going on college visits which include a lot of walking and i have noticed a little swelling, and dull achy pain. also whenever my foot is dangling like if im sitting on a hogh chair that makes it hurt.

Problem in neck bone aroused while sleeping. Now it's not moving. So much pain in movement of neck.

Two times accident happened in right knee around 5 to 7 years ago.only medicine taken no operation suggested..but in last 1 month knee locked 2 times and severe pain occured.
