Bone & Muscle problems

Around 25 years back when i was 25 ; I slipped on to the stairs.And fell on the lower stairs .And kept moving down very fast on my buttocks. Iinjury.On the process the last piece of bone in my backbne near anus got internal injury. For the last 25 years i had just forgotten about the incident.That time i did not feel any pain and so did not visit a doctor. Now i feel the pain in that last bone and around if i keep sitting for long hours.Kindly suggest .

It is possible to do heavy weight lifting after laterjet procedure in future or play any contact sports? I have 20% bone loss on glenoid.. Humeral head is normal. So please do let me know...

Hi doc , My brother is suffering from pain due to ligament tear in left ankle joint that happened 8 months before ...he took medication and also physiotherapy and was in rest for about 2 months . But still has not recovered and is having pain .What is the remedy for this ? How can we cure this ?? The tear is in his left ankle . Thanks in advance.

Have pain in the buttocks , extending up to legs to foot, ,; continue our tingling in left foot while standing and walking, cannot walk more than 3 to 4 minutes at a time. pain causes to sit down. Standing and walking has become very painful and is gradually worsening.

I have been having constantly pain at sole of my feet and hands specially at ankle when i stand . And also started pain at my thener eminence area and my fingers of hands also. I have checked my urine and blood sample but all is normal including sugar level.consulted physicians, ortho specialist but not any relief.

I've had 3 knee surgeries in the last year for meniscus tears, the last one resulted from son jumping on knee accidently. It has been 6 months now and I can't extend knee w out pain or stand on it straight or it hurts on inside/of knee . I am wondering if I am a candidate for partial knee replacement or what should I do? My Dr said 3 months ago if it still hurts come back and he will give me a shot. But I do not feel that is going to fix me, I am 46 and active mother of 4.

Xray report-1. reveals early osteo-arthritic changes bilateral tibio-femoralk and patello-femoral joints 2.xray reveals lumbar spondylosis with mild leftward scoliosis having pain in knee and swelling in heel back, for these case which doctor i need to consult.
