I am having pain in left knee inner side for 6 months and also in left shoulder which comes off and on and also having weight gain

In my right foot.. Near the right side of the second finger its like bulged...looks like muscle growth but im. Not having any pain.. Bt y is it so can u pls help me

I have been regular in sports and my heels hurt and have tendency towards flat feet. I have been using silicone gel insoles which have been helping me tremendously. However, I heard from some people that silicone gel insoles are not safe. Wanted to know more about this and what is the best remedy for flat feet and Achilles tendonitis

I have been having recurrent polyathralgia/fleeting pains,thorn-like/piercing sensation in my right gluteal region,facial/periocular heaviness,general body weakness(especially of the upperlimbs and scalp), cramps/neuropathy on the anterior surface of my right thigh,peripheral neuropathies (both palms,left heel),and persistent gastric reflux.All my investigations (WBC,ESR,Rheumatoid factor,c-ANCA, p-ANCA,LE cells,Brain CT,MRI,Serum uric acid revolves between 6 and 9.1mg/dl,etc) have been negative
