Bone & Muscle problems

It has been a week since i hv been suffering from lower back pain in left side. When i move, bend or press on that area,it pains. i also have renal calculus of 4mm in left kidney. but i am highly confused whether it is kidney pain or bone pain.in the morning the pain becomes severe. Please help me.

I have been running for around two months, i am racing sever pain in lower part of legs (shin pain) ..I have taken medicines even injection did not work for me ..

I've back pain for past one week. In hip joint its paining. Its paining while fall down.

I have spine TB It's been more than 2 months I m taking TB medicines. I want to know how long will my spine take to heal . I know TB is a long process but atleast I should be back in normal condition. So that I can go back to my work and do household work . I have no stamina and I don't feel much strength in my legs as well . Please suggest

Had fracture and dislocation on 6th June. Again fell down and fracture and dislocation at same place

I have back pain shooting into left leg. I took MRI and the MRI report is as below. Mild lumbar spondylosis.  Mild diffuse annular bulge with left paracentral focal caudal protrusion at L2-3 indenting the thecal sac and neural foramina with impingement of left traversing nerve root.  Mild diffuse annular bulge with left paracentral focal caudal extrusion at L4-5 indenting the thecal sac and neural foramina with impingement of left traversing nerve root. Suggestions for pain relief plz

I work in the IT industry and recently have been getting severe neck and back pains along with head aches. I also wake up with body ache in the morning. I clearly feel my foot has an ache in the morning. I do not work out and lack any kind of physical exercize from my daily routine. I feel weak most of the time and feel exhausted by the time i get back home. I had recently done a blood test and I was found to have a vitamin D deficiency for which I am taking supplements now. Please suggest.
