M having weakness in legs and feeling less energetic.which kind of food I have to take to increase muscle and bone strength?

Hi, my mother encountered a sudden bending of knee while coming down from stairs 3 months back and since then she is having pain in that knee with some swelling. X-ray reports showed everything normal and there is no fracture or anything. Please suggest a medicine or treatment.

My MRI report of left knee says "there is a large expansile eccentric mass lesion is seen involving left femoral condyle(epi & metaphysis) with thinning of cortex with multiple break in continuity. "
