Bone & Muscle problems

I got all tests negative for arthritis but i have joint swellings and pain what might be the reason

My blood test ESR report is 64.so I use the medicine lenozolid 1200mg (8tab),so is it right dose.

I'm not having any injury to my knees. I've been doing jogging since last 6 months (2 to 2.5 km per day) and I play sports daily (Cricket or Football) for 2 to 2.5 hours. But somehow since last 1 week i'm getting pain at outer knee part of both the legs only when i'm stretching my legs from bent position. After that everything is good like i run or play freely. But pain comes only for the sec when i stretch and that pain is almost severe.

Straightening of cervical spine noted. osteophytes are seen at multiple levels. c5c6 and c6c7 intervertebral disc spaces are are reduced with endplate scelerosis seen. these are reports of xray, which doctor i should consult. do i need to consult a neuro surgeon, spine doctor or othopaedics.

I have patella femoral syndrome in my right knee (was diagnosed about 8 years ago). I still play soccer and I haven't played in about 3 months. Now that soccer season has started again my knee pain is a lot my frequent then usual. Sometimes pushing off of my knee when I play hurts a little and when I stop to turn around it hurts as well. I don't know if my knee problems are acting up again because I haven't played in a while or if I need to go get checked out again. Thoughts?

He has the proble. Since 16 years we have used many med in starting later when we started ayurvedic med he got some relief when he use it on daily basis so we are using it till now but a week ago he slipped from vechile and got a hit on knee now the pain is high so we went to doctor he said that there is swelling in knee jont so he removed it using injection twice in 3 days and asked my dad for complete rest no pressure on knee but the prpblems continue kindly help

I have been injured 3 weeks before. I am unable to walk by myself. In the recent MRI report of my knee they have given the report as complete torn of ACL . Now I want to know that whether I have to go for surgery or it can be healed by any other methods like physiotherapy etc...

Very painful from waist to right leg , unable to move . Swelling right side upper thigh

I got fractured in right knee now bone is healed in 6 weeks but dr told There is gap between knee bones so dr told to operation in future .i Don't want to operate i do physiotherapy exercise . Dr told that my ligaments is loose so have to wear knee cap while traveling specially in stair ups and down, running walking.i need permanent solution so I can walk normally regular without knee cap.

I have been having pricking pain the feet midsoles and the heel mostly when I get up in the morning or stand for a long time. It goes off with hot water treatment and wears off as I walk through the day but again starts the next day. Massage and stretching of the foot give relief. What could be the reason and further treatment
