I had a catch on my shoulder during woekout.The sharp pain has been persiting for 3 days on the right side of my neck and soulder

When I run outside I need to constantly stop because my shins are killing me

My husband is having pain in his right wrist from last 4 months . Orthopedist diagnosed it as kienbock's disease. Doctor has suggested surgery cause patient is in 2nd stage of disease. MRI and X-RAY report says that lunate bone is damaged due to lack of blood supply . Is surgery the  last option ? Or do we have any other option?

I have a heard skin in the bottom of my foot and if I stand to long it really hurts

It's been a year I am having this pain. It's not always but some time, specially when I give lot of stress to my legs like walking a lot, driving for long time, standing for long time. once I had got a bad hit on that area by hard wooden door from that moment this is happening. The problem is only with one leg left one. Please suggest me want further steps I need to take.
