Vitamin d deficiency, at what time in the morning I have to sit before sun.

Hi Doctor, While playing football my knee twisted, immediately realized something went wrong. Was not able to walk without support. After a week i have done MRI. Here I am attaching the report. Consulted doctor said surgery is the only way to solve the logament issue. Here I am new to this city. Please suggested Wether i have to go through surgery or not ? Hello doctor.... Two wheeler slipped and fell in my foot....got pain and went to doctor... they put rope in my leg... and asked to wait for three weeks... how long it takes for recovery?

My mri shows i have disc herniation in l4-l5 region since 3 years. Initially the pain moved to left leg. I tried accupuncture, accupressure, physiotherapy, homeopathy, ayurvedic everything. Since a year I experience pain only in my lower back at times but since 3 months i have non stop pain in both my feet and in the back also. I never took medicines bit since few months im on pain killers to reduce pain. I still continue my physiotherapy exercises as pain reduced when i use to do it.

So I was in a rush this morning and was kneeling to put my shoe on and I tried to quickly turn and get up but I heard a loud popping noise followed by excruciating pain that made me cry. It hurt to try and straighten my leg or put pressure on It i rested for a few hours and the pain subsided but if I move my leg a certain way then Intense pain shoots through the are just below the knee

After three months she started developing pains and aches all over thebody. She now (September 2017) has severe morning stiffness cannot stand as knees and calves are swollen and very stiff painful.

I can hardly move my leg since it's been aching for days now. Even when i just bend it, it aches.
