Bone & Muscle problems

I feel pain and tense muscles of trapezius after i lifted something heavy over my Rt.shoulder......what is my diagnosis and my treatment ...please????

I met with an accident 2 months back and fractured my inferior pole of left patella(open fracture).Im on physio now(2 weeks)and i can bend upto 110°.Can i use knee braces as it reduces pain when sitting,also will it cause any problems ?Also if it causes problems,please suggest way to reduce pain when sitting.

I have pain when i move my shoulder it started on year . is there any exercise or what i can do

I fell of my bike yesterday and injured both my legs but am not sure if they are calf injuries or achilles injuries. There is a slight swelling around the ankle but the pain runs up both legs from about an inch above the ankle bone along the back of my legs to the main calf area, the lower the area the more pain i am getting. I have carried out RICE and taken paracetomol and will purchase some ibuprofen later but was trying to ascertain the severity of my injuries before troubling my doctor/A&E

I've been having shooting pain in my left foot below the ankle whenever i put it down from last 2 3 days.

At the time of driving if sudden break applied, near nee bottom light toching of vehicle ront side, pain is their, i can walk but at the time of folding pain is coming

My mother, she is 46 years old and having Right shoulder joint pain and difficulty in the abduction. I’ve consulted so many doctors… Done so many tests.. (Including MRI for shoulder). She is having really horrible pain in her shoulder… I really don’t know what to do ... She is suffering from the pain.. please help

I met with with an accident around 45 days ago . My ankle was paining too much. I met a orthopedician and a xray in which everything was alright but my ankle is still paining lightly.

I am taking treatment for back pain in Bangalore center for last 1 month. As part of the treatment i have taken oil treatment for 7 days.I am experiencing pain in lower back, waist region for last 2 days. Please let me know if this normal after oil treatment?. Please suggest what should be done
