Swollen toe and foot

Numbness and pain in wrists and hands

I've been getting really painful shooting and aching pains in both wrists and hands, along with strong pins and needles and numbness. It is worse at nighttime and when I have been doing lots of work with my hands and wrists e.g. writing, pulling ropes (I work as an outdoor activity leader). It doesn't get better with painkillers

Pain in ankle

My left ankle is giving me alot of grief i get it from time to time but it last about a week this time its going onto 3/4th week now pains getting worst its a little bit swollen not too noticeable though it hurts alot when i bend my ankle in wards. .. i have fractured this ankle twice before
