Bone & Muscle problems

I suffer with feet pain from so many years. From fingers to heel it hurts always and get worst while walk and stand for more time. and so much hurts in night and morning. means constant pain over the day. tried ice pad, got some relief when do, then it again starts paining. please help.

I am suffering from femoral leg problems.3 years back injured my leg at femutal fracture.but ididnot consult doctor due to this reason bone is crossly jointed.but this case surgery possible for setting of bone.

I had an road accident year back and shoulder bone has been dislocated a little. I had gone through complete medication while in Mumbai. I have shifted to Bangalore 5 months back and for past two weeks I have been having shoulder pain a lot.

5 days ago i was playing cricket and while taking a catch the ball hurt my thumb. It got swollen up. After constantly taking my thumb to cold and hot water, the swelling has almost decreased but it is still paining a lot. I'm unable to bend my thumb. What should be done? And according to a medical student staying in my hostel, the blood clots have been jammed there.
