I have been regular in sports and my heels hurt and have tendency towards flat feet. I have been using silicone gel insoles which have been helping me tremendously. However, I heard from some people that silicone gel insoles are not safe. Wanted to know more about this and what is the best remedy for flat feet and Achilles tendonitis

My mother is aged 55+ and is suffering from joint pains since 2010 .She had visited many doctors but her problem is only growing.She can barely walk .Her joints keep on paining and there is swelling on it.

I am HLA B27 positive.. can I go for gyming? If yes then can I lift weights? If not then when can I join gym

My bone was displaced while running and its paining many times i went to a doctor he told me that i have not to worry about it. It will recover soon itself.

Pain in left hand from past 4 days and feeling tired very quickly. Body pain.

I had high fever a month back with arthritic symptoms. After 6 days fever gone but I have joint pain...all most all joints especially in wrist and ankles. Dr told me pain will go after 3 months and gave NSAIDs. I think it is better to use ayurvedic medicine. Please guide
