Bone & Muscle problems

My clavicle fractured along AC joint its been 11 week and calls formatted is less still there is a difference of about 2 mm between both end of clfractured clavicle bone. So money onwards I been adviced for physiotherapy. So would like to know is it safe to go for physiotherapy at this state Should I use s l ing till x ray shows bone has health properly. Will it health fully and would I be able to use my shoulder normally ever. How long more should I wait to bone heal normally.

I slip down on the floor last week. My right hand thumb has a very small crack. I want to know is it cure automatically?

My shoulder cracks and causes me a lot of pain my ankles and wrist click to and my toes but my shoulder is the only one that causes me a lot of pain u can hardly carry things anymore.

Spine and hip bone density very low as per BMD test. Earlier I was facing with osteoporosis. But after 2 years medication of BIO D3 FEM medicine...now detect osteopenia which as per doctor is very marginal improvement. He is now suggesting TERIFRAC injections daily for a span of 2 years. Want to know if there is any other alternative !
