Hi doc,
My mom is getting pain near heels area. sometime it is very painful and at a time it is less. When she gets up after resting she notices it more.
Please lemme know what can be the cause. does she require a treatment or examination.

As per MRI report
broad based posterior- central and left paracentral disc protrusion at l5- l1 level, impinging on thecal sac and bilateral traversing S1 nerve roots, more so on left.
Mild posterior dic herniation at l4-l5 level, indenting over thecal sac.
