Bone & Muscle problems

In been having a problem with my right foot for a while now I use my feet to move things alot at work as I work in warehouse lift things and move things constantly and it hurts alot as the day goes on but sometimes my right foot will randomly give way and I can't walk on it usually after a hard day it just gives way I just don't understand why it's on my right foot I literally can't walk on it when it happens.

It's been a week and I have a continuous pain in my left hand wrist. It's hard for me even to pick an empty glass. I don't knw what is wrong. And there are no swelling nothing just pain in the wrIst and it's increasing in my fingers too.

4 months ago I twisted my knee which resulted in patella dislocation. I consulted more than 8 doctors .But it is not yet cured .Please help me to walk normally and tell me some tips to regain my old position

Sir im in final medical of army and my medical is fully cleared except sugen He noticed my arm angle and then take x ray in X ray radiologist wrote angle of 15 deg and of left is 19 degree Now i will to go to orthopedic will you olease tell me what he will judge ?????

How can I check that my carrying angle of both arms  is normal ? That I don't have cubitus valgus or varus

Pain persist on back &cramp on mussel while walking.once it happened that i will fall while walking.

Fingers mcp joints become and wrist movement is not happening . Shoulder movement is also restricted. It is all because of accident happend in april.

I have operated tabia and fabiula surgery in my left leg before five week. Wound have dried and stich have been opened a week. I don't have pain and swelling on operated area. I want to ask you that how can i judge my bone is in jointing position???
