Right Hand Fingers was so painning days are started the hand painning was October 30 2017 so I will check up

I have been suffering from slight nerve compression problem in right lower back which causes pain.prolong sitting or standing increases the pain. sometimes it increases during periods.doctor has advised me to take 5 tablets of upriseD3 60k at a time.should I take 5 tablets at a time or once a daily?? Please give Ur kind advise.

I am having pain on the right side of the waist sometimes it goes severe but it is consistent form 2 months. It also created difficulty in wearing any trouser and belt.

Is there a good supplement for joint support? 32 yo female with family history of arthritis. My right shoulder slips in and out of the socket if I move certain ways.
