Swollen in right hand finger .. looks like i m a minor fracture .. what to do ..

I have been running regularly at least 3 to 4 times a week and do long distance running of approx 10 km on weekends as well. Since last 2 months there is a pain which has developed on the heel of right foot and going up to about 5 inches on the Achilles tendon.

My bro 29 years old suffering from Hla B27 so what can we do to prevent pain?

I was having severe pain stiffness in cervico dorsal thoracic region. After suffering fr 2 years with back pain and recently sacriolitis in si joint. I was diagnosed with TB last month. taking ATT since 5 weeks but no relief. Doctor on the basis of positive montox and gold suspected my back pain as tb spine. I am very worried why there is no relief even now also? Tb medicine fr b takes this much of time to give symptomatic relief? Bone tb takes how much time approx after ATT to start healing?

I just got an MRI done and i have bulged Disc L5-S1 and thecal sac compression.I am 16.Will it be forever? Or can it be cured? Will i be able to run and play football ever again?
