Bone & Muscle problems

When ever I lift heavy things my lower back start paining . It takes almost a week to heal automatically. Is there any permanent solution to fix it

I have back pain problem last few days so tell what is solution of this problem

A few days ago, i started feeling a little pain and swelling just below my knee cap. Applied heat and cold, no improvement. The swelling seems to increase. No injury to my knowledge. The pain at times is constant while mostly when i move the leg or fold the leg.

From last four days I am getting backpain which is spreading across sourlders.

I had viral fever before one year.still the pain has not gone from one leg.the heel and the inner side of my ankle pains a lot.i am taking medicine hcqs_200.and oncotrex_15mg since 2 months after consulting a doctor.still sometimes I feel better sometimes it pains a lot.sometimes my both leg ankles and knees and wrists also pain.

I am having bad pain in my right hand from wrist to shoulder. Please suggest no problem in movement but can't even hold a glass of water that is not able to hold light weight also. No swelling

I had a femur shaft fracture about last april and underwent IM nailing. Now, after 4 months (by mid of august) my doctor told me that I can start walking already. And so I started walking since then even walking long distance. But yesterday, while walking, my knee hurts a bit and so I rested for a while . Now whenever I move my leg, it just hurts and I need to stay still my leg so that it wont hurt. Any thoughts?

I had my wisdom tooth removed 2 says back and am currently on megapen and diclomol. Since the last few hours i am experiencing pain in my shoulder and arm joint. it is radiating down my arm till my wrists. The arms feel very heavy. Should i be worried? What might be the reason?

Severe knee pain,crackling sound in both knees while expanding and contracting knees,knee pains while walking n dancing.I have knocked knees turning outwards.xray shows no problem but still pain is there.pain killers work temporarily.i am a Latin ballroom dance instructor teaching n dancing in heels since last 6 yrs but suddenly this knee pain has come up.what should I do,have recently joined iyengar yoga.my problem is knee pain n cause of that I can't go for my walks and have put on weight.what should I do to save my knees n also loose weight.i am doing light stretches n ab exercises at home.i am also continuing dancing even in pain as it's my profession but can't sleep well at night due to pain.applying ointment moov on knees at night.kindly someone guide pls.how long can pain killers help.doctor said wear n year of my knees have started.I am worried.I am just 38 n wats solution for this
