I have had a bad pain in my wrist for a few weeks now it's very sensitive it hurts to lift at work it hurts to do daily things text drive ect I can't bind my wrist most of the time there is a lump on the top of my hard where my wrist starts and it hurts bad when I push on it

See orthopaedic surgeon. It looks like ganglion. Get it examined by expert.
