Bone & Muscle problems

Yesterday I was playing football when I was tackled from behind and fell forwards. It was paining a bit slightly then but nothing was too serious and I continued playing with slight pain. However , when I came home, I found a slight swelling a bit side of my ankle and a little swelling in the foot. Applied ice. Today the pain is almost gone except the swelling.

I met with a accident on july 25 and operation was done on that day.(fracture on inferior pole of patella).Tension band wiring was done. Now im on physio for about 2 weeks now,which started on september 9,when cast was removed.Im now actively bending upto 95°and with help can bend upto 120°.Can u please suggest a way to reduce stiffness and pain.

My mother is having pain in her knee for last 10days.. we went to doctor. After all the scan and x-ray doctor said that this is because of the back bone which is bent slightly than a normal one. Doctor gave some medicines to cure. I wanted to know that she is having only knee pain and cannot Walk.. will the bent in the back bone affect the knee also? And please let me know whether she can sleep in bed or in flat surface with pillow in her bottom of the knee?

I have gone through disc problems and got lower back (L5) surgery in 2013. I have joined GYM and want loose some weigh. Now I feel lower back pain again...

Y son 1yrs 3month old has a bowed left side leg. Below the knee of left leg has a bowing shaped. Due to this shape left side leg shorter than right leg about 1inch. X ray picture shows main bone of left leg below the knee is bent from middle of the bone. Pls help me to correct my son's leg. I consult few aurthopedic doctors in srilanka. One doctor said, we should see about 3 yrs more to have a treatment. One said this case is difficult to solve. I need to know how i can correct this pls help.

Right side back of the head and neck pains feels like pulled muscle Getting headaches sine 2 weeks

Of lately I have been experiencing neck pain that remains throughout the day 24*7. It severes when I tilt my head and sometimes it reaches the shoulders as well. It has been a year that I am facing this problem. I have taken medication but no relief.

I FEEL UNEASY LIKE BACK SIDE. WHEN I MOVE MY BODY ITS CRACK AND I FEEL UNEASY BT WHN I TAKE SOME REST THAN ITS NORMAL BT AFTER CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME AGAIN IT STATED

I have been suffering from arthritis near about 1 year. I feel very sick and i feel that some part of my body doesn't work well. I feel very weak and didn't get any energy due to the joint pain. Our local doctor advise me to get a appointment to a rheumotalogist as soon as possible for a better treatment.
