Bone & Muscle problems

I was walking down the stairs 3 days ago and accidentally missed two steps and landed on one toe and right after it happened my toe and foot swelled up and bruised. I haven't gone to the doctors yet but I'm in a lot of pain and it's not getting any better. I was wondering if I should go to the doctor or not?

I have a pain at the top right back, I think it's due to computer use I just want to know hoy many days it take to get sorted naturally

Everyday when i get up in the morning . I feel lot of pain in my both foot and gastronemius muscle of both legs. Mostly after sleeping I feel this alot of pain

I am getting backache since afternoon. In the lower middle portion area. Please suggest me a painkiller.

I went to a party yesterday and fell on one of the white stages that light up. I used my hands to break my fall and I can move both my wrist and arm but it hurts so much.

I've been getting really painful shooting and aching pains in both wrists and hands, along with strong pins and needles and numbness. It is worse at nighttime and when I have been doing lots of work with my hands and wrists e.g. writing, pulling ropes (I work as an outdoor activity leader). It doesn't get better with painkillers

My left ankle is giving me alot of grief i get it from time to time but it last about a week this time its going onto 3/4th week now pains getting worst its a little bit swollen not too noticeable though it hurts alot when i bend my ankle in wards. .. i have fractured this ankle twice before

On walking i obseved a tak-tak sound from right leg knee.it pains even difficult to fold leg and this pain vanishes after taking some rest.

I having pain in my toe area from last five days.I took some medicine from chemist shop and also using crap bandage...but still whenever i take walk pain comes back...i didn't even get hurt in my toe ...plzz suggest...

I have been having right hip/buttock pain starting 3 weeks ago. 1 week ago my upper back (between shoulder blades) has felt like pins and needles. Starting today 3 of my left toes have a burning sensation. I recently had a cold, but has since cleared, but cough wont go away. I am 29 yrs old. Smoker. Not diabetic, i have routine labs done once a year due to family hx of diabetes, and thyroid issues. All my lab work is normal. I do have a history of psoriasis.
