Bone & Muscle problems

In 2015 i got an injury in my spine, and i took some medication and met Osteopath. Its was ok when i took some therapy. But i use to travell a lot and have to move a lot. So this intense back pain is taking all my energy.

My age is 50, i'm suffering from knee pain & not able to walk long distance and not able to climb steps.

Suffering from neck muscle pain since last 4 days. .....................................

Osteochondral loose body since 10 years(diagnosed now) without any kind of symptoms apart from seldom knee locking( quarterly)..will it still requirre surgery?or any other kind of medication is available to treat the same?

RadiTing sharp pain from shoulder to to limb some times in right side some time in left. Severity 4/10 sometimes 7/10 Duration: 2weeks

There is constant pain in the left knee and sometimes the pain shoots up so much that it's very difficult to endure it. The patient is 70yrs above and has sugar too. Kindly recommend medicines accordingly.

In lumber sparms X ray in clear but I have more back pain and shoulder pain

I m getting pain in soulders & neck .i have done x ray also but everything is fine its now 2 weeks but pain is still there its so much paining. i have taken medicine also but nothing happened

I have seen this problem with my knees since my teens that they doesn't look normal and I feel uncomfortable wearing skinny leggings or pants because my legs would look Deformed. But sometimes it seems that I have knocked knees for sure that is when I sit and stretch my legs to front. Please say what could be the exact problem like it's knocked knees or any deformations that I don't know of. Also please suggest me some knee braces this is can use or any medical attention required..

I have removed plaster in 17 days and bone not fixed properly it remains 20-25% to joint now what i have to do pls tell me ...???
