I am a sports person .. I had elbow pain for 5 years .. very painful now..

I have got ankle sprain 4 months back during walking on steps. and 80 percent of tht pain was cured earlier itself exact 100% pain has not been gone still. i dont have any problem even during walking and some other things but i get pain when i bend my ankle where i had got the pai.doctor pz give me any advice i dnt get pain even during playing too

My righthamd bone is paining too much. Even I am unable to my my arm. Its been years for that problem but no fixed solution i got. From yesterday midnight it is paining horribly so that i couldnt sleep last night. Please help ASAP.

I am suffering from sevear ankel pain since 1yr i got mri reports as ( i had water near ankel and a bone was growing in that area and touching with another) they said that there should be some gap between both the bones. please give me a sugession for that problem
