When Im being active or on slippery paths one of my knees decide to pop, move out of place, and then come back to normal after this i feel pain for at least 3 mins depends on how hard it popped. When I bend my knees I can hear crunchy noises and I rarely find it quite painful to walk or go upstairs. I onced popped my knee so hard I couldnt walk but my knee always come back in place.

Mild indentation on sac Gr1 impingement of exiting transiting right S1root.*Relative stenosis of lowercanal.*Mild ligamentum flavum thickening at lower lumbar levels.

My humerus fracture is completely heeled but after weather changes i feel pain what can i do to permanently reduce the pain....please answer asap

I was playing football a couple of days ago and I twisted my ankle so bad but I didn't go to any doctor then after some days my ankle felt better and I went to play football today and I twisted it again and it's paining me so much

After workout got heavy knee and feet cramp. Pain sustain from one week only for right leg

I fell on my knee 8 weeks ago, got an X-ray and was told I had soft tissue damage, given crutches and antibiotics as it was infected. Now the joint is ok and I’m back doing exercises however my kneecap feels pointy and the skin over the top is really sensitive and is also painful on the side of the kneecap when touched. What is it?

Please advise if treatment for Loss of Cervical Lordosis, Is this problem serious.
