You may visit an orthopaedic doctor who may asses her and ask for investigations and come to final diagnosis.
Later you may visit a physiotherapist who will show exercises to strenghten her back and give modalities to reduce pain.
As of now you may ask her to wear a belt for the back and take lot of rest.
Avoid lifting anything heavy things.
Always turn from one side and get up from lying position.
