Pain in Right knee
I am having a pain in upper left part of right knee. I can walk but the pain increases with walking. It started a month before, I used instant relief spray and knee pads which suppressed the pain. I have trouble straighting my leg, the knee cap hurts.

This looks like sign of early arthritis . Consult a physiotherapist and start doing Knee strenghtening excersices along with Collagen supplementation.
